Resumen
This article could be entitled “Observations of a Tourist” — the observations of a conscientious and impartial tourist who has been well-informed of the systematic campaign of insults and unfounded accusations pursued in Cuba, Guatemala and certain extremist organs of the United States by the gratuitous enemies of our government and by all the communistic journalists who believe that the only means of expression of a democracy is the demagogic licence of what they are pleased to call a free press.
